Last night at our house:
(CareerMom is helping MLI with his homework. The assignment: paste pictures beginning with the letter “E” on a piece of paper.)
I come in from being outside playing with MLE and picked up the homework that MLI and CareerMom have just completed.
Me: Honey, why is there a picture of two elephants “doing it” on MLI’s homework:
CareerMom: What, WHat WHAT?!!!
She swears it was a complete oversight.
Ha ha ha! I love it! Post-pregger brain, maybe?
RE: Yeah, probably something to do with sleep deprivation. I mean, you can see the um…THING…even when the picture is tiny!
Oh man, I can’t wait for “E” week. I wanna get the gilr to use the same picture.
gilr=girl, of course.
dude that is classic! LOLOLOL!
thanks for making my day!
RE: Eric, It’s the little things that make a big diff!
Oh, can you imagine the teachers reaction if you had not caught that one..
You guys would be labeled for the entire school year!!
Every event, the teachers, staff and other parents would point and whisper… “THOSE are the parents… You know… ^The “elephant episode” parents…”
RE: I know…I’ve already sent a slight nasty-gram over the teacher’s use of “must” and “don’t” in her homework instructions. I don’t need another strike against me this early in the year.
Just think, if mom had caught it, it wouldn’t have been nearly as funny. The universe conspired to make ya’ll laugh!
RE: And the good LORD knows we need it!
What! Hah, no way. Thats classic. Way to go moooom
RE: Jay, I figure she was subconsciously thinking (while holding the baby): “I don’t know how I got into this? How did I get into this?”
OMG – you have to keep this FOREVER! It’s FANTASTIC!!! ROFL:)
HAHAHAHA….that was my Monday laugh of the day….thanks! But hey maybe he would get extra points for having TWO elephants in the picture, and perhaps a third one being created in the process…lol 🙂
RE: Good to see you again Romi. I stopped by your place the other day to see if you had caught fire again (after burning out earlier in the year) and was happy to see you were back to your old form! I see the wedding nuptuals are still in swing. I’m living your life vicariously through the engagement ceremony of Divya on “Royal Pains” now. I consider myself an expert on all things “Indian” now 🙂
Interesting things happen when you click on the ‘x-rated’ tag.
RE: Hmmm, I did that at work to see what happens. I hope I don’t get fired as a result!
